Ginny Lavers

Ginny Lavers is currently the Director of Group AI at Sky, where they lead initiatives focused on new and emerging AI capabilities. Previously, they served as the Senior Head of Transformation and Director of Transformation at Sky, specializing in transformation efforts. Their extensive experience includes a range of roles at the BBC, where they worked in production and operations management, as well as a brief period at ITV as Head of Delivery for New Channels. Ginny holds a BA Hons in Drama and Theatre Studies from the University of Kent.
