John Fieldsend

John Fieldsend is a seasoned product leader with extensive experience in the television and media industry. They began their career at Telewest as a Customer Service Agent, later advancing to various roles at Virgin Media, including Change Delivery Manager. At Sky, John served as Head of Platform Services, where they managed commercial partnerships and channel management, ultimately stepping into the role of Head of Product. In this capacity, they focus on enhancing the content discovery experience across Sky and Comcast's products, leveraging their expertise in stakeholder management and team leadership. John holds a BSc Hons in Computer Science from the University of Liverpool.
