John Nicol

John Nicol is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in HR systems and technology management. Currently serving as Head of Group ERP HR Technology at Sky since March 2015, John oversees HR systems across Sky Group in Europe, leading a team of architects, developers, analysts, and support staff. Prior to this role, John held the position of HR Systems Strategy Manager at Sky, where responsibilities included management and strategy of HR systems along with project management for Sky UK and Europe. John's earlier experience includes a fixed-term role as Head of Shared Services at Webhelp UK and a significant tenure at Quintiles, where John advanced from Senior Director of HR/IT Business Solutions to various leadership roles, demonstrating expertise in project management and strategic HR development. Educationally, John holds a B.Sc. Honours in Mathematics/Statistics from the University of Strathclyde.
