Mark Carpenter

Mark Carpenter is the Director of Regulatory & Corporate Affairs for the EU & Ireland at Sky, where they lead teams focused on Regulatory Affairs, Public Policy, and Stakeholder Relations. With extensive experience at Sky, Mark previously held roles including Head of Strategy & Corporate Affairs, alongside positions in Public Policy and Public Affairs. Mark also serves as the Davis Cup & Billie Jean King Cup Chair of Selectors at Tennis Ireland. They earned a Ph.D. in Political Science from Trinity College Dublin and have contributed to research on corruption as an Associate Local Regional Correspondent for the European Commission.
