Mark Thorndike has extensive experience in regulatory compliance and consumer affairs within prominent organizations. Mark began as Membership and Regulatory Compliance Manager at the Premium Rate Association from 2006 to 2008. Following this role, Mark worked at Ofcom as Investigations Manager in Consumer Affairs from March 2008 to December 2011. Mark then joined Sky, initially serving as Head of Consumer Regulatory Operational Compliance from December 2011 to March 2015, and is currently the Director of Operational Compliance since April 2015.
