Nat Brown

Nat Brown is currently a Senior Business Change Manager at Sky, where they have built a diverse career since 2018, progressing from roles such as Business Analyst and Knowledge Specialist to Service Excellence Consultant. Their experience includes managing escalated complaints on behalf of executives and working on customer-focused communications. Nat also spent time at Capita as a TV licensing enforcement officer and served as a primary school teacher during a gap year in Uganda. They continue their education at Queen Margaret University while attending James Young High School.
