Ryan Taylor

Ryan Taylor is an experienced Live Operations Analyst at Sky since January 2016, responsible for stakeholder engagement and ensuring adherence to schedules to protect customer experience. Previously served as a Colleague and Customer Service Support Co-Ordinator at Sky, where Ryan utilized initiative and decision-making skills to enhance team management and employee engagement. Prior to this, Ryan interned as a Graduate HR/Employment Law Assistant at STEP Stirling, providing support to the HR function, and worked as a Seasonal Employee at Fife Council, focusing on self-motivation and teamwork. Ryan holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Stirling.
