Simon Duggan

Simon Duggan is an experienced and accomplished senior leader in field operations at Sky, where they lead large-scale initiatives and strategic projects. They previously held various leadership positions, including Head of Field, where Simon managed a £30M budget and a team of 1,000 staff while fostering employee engagement and driving operational performance. Currently pursuing an HNC in Electronic Systems and a Professional Certificate in Management from Nottingham Trent University, Simon also holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Business Psychology from the University of South Wales. Known for their ability to align teams towards common goals, Simon is committed to self-learning and enhancing customer experiences through transformational change.
