Stephen Bailey

Stephen Bailey is a Principal Portfolio Manager at Sky/NBCU, leading the UK Product Operations team to manage a dynamic portfolio of work that enhances engagement across global streaming platforms. Previously, they worked as a Senior Manager and Consultant at the Financial Times, driving transformative digital revenue projects for news organizations. With extensive experience at firms such as IBM and PwC, where they focused on strategy and digital transformation in the Technology, Media & Telco sector, Stephen has also established a consultancy at Intelligent Mobile and founded User Network. Their career began at the BBC, where they excelled in roles ranging from Camera Operator to Product Manager. Stephen holds a Master’s degree in Digital Technology from the University of the Arts London and a BA in Classics from Durham University.
