Stephen Hackley

Stephen Hackley is the Managing Director of Sky Business Services, where they lead all B2B activities in the UK and ROI with a focus on P&L responsibility and service excellence. Prior to this role, they held various senior positions at Comcast, including Senior Vice President of Community Connections and SVP and Chief Sales Officer, managing significant revenue streams and employee satisfaction. Stephen also served as VP of New Service Development at Fidelity Investments and VP of Customer Service at The Hanover Insurance Group. They earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Rochester and an MBA in Operations and Strategic Management from Boston College Carroll School of Management.
