Toby Higho

Toby Higho is currently the Director of Communications Regulation & Strategy at Sky. They have held various product and business management roles at Telewest Communications, Cable London, and Birmingham Cable from 1995 to 2000. Toby served as Regulatory Issues Manager at Centrica from 2004 to 2006 and as Senior Product Manager at OneTel from 2002 to 2004. They also worked as Access Manager at Global Crossing from 2000 to 2002 and as Head of Regulatory Policy for Broadband & Telephony at Sky from 2009 to 2017. Toby earned a BA Hons in Economics from the University of York between 1986 and 1989.
