James Sharp is currently a Product Designer at Sky, having progressed from the role of UX Designer within the same company. Prior to their time at Sky, they contributed to customer experience initiatives at Atos from 2019 to 2022, where they held the title of Senior Customer Experience Designer. James earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Leading Customer Operations from Ulster University in 2022.
