John Fieldsend is currently the Head of Product for Global Syndication, where they define the content discovery experience for Sky & Comcast's Entertainment OS product, including the adaptation of Sky Glass for various markets. They previously served as the Head of Platform Services at Sky from 2012 to 2019, leading commercial partnerships and managing channel strategies. John's earlier roles include Change Delivery Manager at Virgin Media and multiple positions at Telewest, where they provided customer support in a TV and telephony environment. John holds a BSc Hons in Computer Science from the University of Liverpool, completed in 2002.
