Keith Morrison

Keith Morrison is the Head of Business Release Management & Assurance at Sky, where they manage the safe and effective delivery of critical events and large-scale changes. Previously, they served as a UAT Advisor at BskyB from 2006 to 2010, and held various roles at Sky from 2014 to 2019, including Senior Operations Assurance Analyst and Operations Assurance Manager. Their extensive experience includes coordinating large-scale program launches and managing customer communications during critical events. Keith's career began at BSkyB, where they worked as a Customer Service Advisor and completed various roles related to operational readiness and business analysis.
