Lucy Willmore

Lucy Willmore is currently the Head of Programme Strategy at Sky, where they oversee the programming strategy across the Sky Pay Entertainment portfolio. With over a decade of experience in broadcasting, Lucy has previously held key roles at major broadcasters, including Head of Programme Strategy at ITV, where they managed the launch of ITVBe and supervised various content strategies. Their career includes significant positions at UKTV and NBCUniversal, where they contributed to channel launches and VOD services. Lucy holds a Master’s degree in Television Production from Falmouth University and a Bachelor's degree in History from Royal Holloway, University of London.
