Mark Carpenter

Mark Carpenter is the Director of Regulatory & Corporate Affairs, EU & Ireland at Sky, where they lead teams focused on Regulatory Affairs, Public Policy, and Stakeholder Relations, among other responsibilities. Currently, they also serve as the Chair of Selectors for the Davis Cup & Billie Jean King Cup at Tennis Ireland. Mark has previously held various strategic roles at Sky and has worked as a Management Consultant at Accenture. They earned a Ph.D. in Political Science from Trinity College Dublin, where their dissertation examined interest group access to policymakers. Mark's academic credentials also include a BA in History from the University of Oxford and an MSc in Comparative European Politics from Trinity College Dublin, where they graduated with distinction.
