Pete Macaskill is an experienced Media Operations leader currently serving as the Head of Group Content Experience Operations at Sky, where they focus on enhancing operational excellence across multiple countries. Their extensive background includes roles at Carlton Television and Flextech Television, where they managed large teams and improved performance through innovative strategies. With a strong emphasis on regulatory compliance and new technologies, Pete has a passion for developing future leaders, demonstrated through over seven years in the Sky mentoring program. They hold a BA Hons in Economics from the University of Wolverhampton.
