Simon Bone

Simon Bone is currently focused on organisational strategy at Sky, where they partner with global leaders in technology and consumer sectors to align business strategy with performance. From 2019 to 2023, Simon held various roles at Sky, including Programme Manager and Transformation Lead, leading significant initiatives like workforce planning and agile transformations for over 2,000 employees. Prior to Sky, Simon worked as a Manager of International Transformation at KBR, Inc., and as a Transformation Lead at Babcock International Group, driving business modernization projects. Simon is pursuing an MBA at the University of Warwick, where they have distinguished themselves in the top 10% of their class, and is also studying for a BA in Human Resource Management at the University of Stirling.
