Stephen Hackley

Stephen Hackley is the Managing Director of Sky Business Services, where they lead all B2B activities across the UK and ROI, focusing on P&L responsibility and driving growth and service excellence. Prior to this role, they held several significant positions, including Senior Vice President at Comcast, where they supported sales channels for the Xfinity consumer segment and managed substantial annual revenues. Stephen began their career at Fidelity Investments as VP of New Service Development and has accumulated extensive experience in customer service and operational management. They earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Rochester and an MBA in Operations and Strategic Management from Boston College.
