Raphael M. has a diverse work experience in the IT industry. Raphael worked as an Expert Cloud Solutions Architect at Sky.One Solutions since March 2022, where they were responsible for designing and maintaining cloud environments, implementing scalable and highly available solutions, and migrating on-premise environments to the cloud. Raphael also provided troubleshooting support to clients and managed internal administration tasks. Prior to that, they worked as a Cloud Solutions Architect at the same company from November 2018 to March 2022, where they gained expertise in AWS, Oracle, Huawei, and GCP.

Before their role at Sky.One Solutions, Raphael worked briefly as an Analyst of Field Service Pleno at Ford Motor Company and Nestlé in 2018. Previously, they served as an Analyst of IT Infrastructure at Engelhart Commodities Trading Partners from December 2016 to September 2018, where they were responsible for infrastructure analysis and support. Their earliest work experience was as a Systems Support Technician at T-Systems, where they provided technical support from June 2010 to September 2016.
