Jeff Tynes

Jeff Tynes is an experienced instructional designer currently serving as Instructional Designer II at Sky Solutions since October 2021, where responsibilities include leading the design work for various training products. Previously, Tynes held the same title at Bixal from October 2019 to November 2021, focusing on remote development of learning assets for a new grants management software, including video assets and web-based training materials.
