Michael C.

Michael C. has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Michael currently works as a Program Manager at Sky Solutions since March 2022, where they oversee the implementation and development of applications for internal business units. Prior to this, they served as a Pega Technical Lead at the US Department of Treasury - IRS, providing technical guidance to Bravium Consulting contract program leads.

In addition, Michael has entrepreneurial experience as the owner of two Anytime Fitness locations in Charlotte, NC since 2021. Michael also founded Paradox Investments LLC in 2017, where they focused on acquiring, financing, rehabbing, refinancing, and managing residential real estate investment properties.

Before venturing into entrepreneurship, Michael worked as a Pega Senior System Architect at Comptech Associates Inc. from December 2019 to November 2020. Michael was responsible for UI design and implementation, reporting and data design, and financial services projects using Pega PRPC 8.3.

Prior to that, they held the role of Technology Lead at Infosys from May 2018 to December 2019. In this role, they designed and architected solutions, managed project implementations, and handled sensitive loan data using Pega PRPC 7.3 and 7.4.

Michael also gained extensive experience as a Pega Senior System Architect at RuleTek from December 2016 to May 2018. Their responsibilities included leading the design and analysis of PRPC projects, implementing Pega applications, configuring Pega 7.1 and above, and managing code migrations.

Earlier in their career, Michael worked as a Project Manager and Software Developer at HP via Rylex Consulting, where they reduced position occupancy, coordinated testing of R&D printers, and developed web applications using Oracle, C#, and ASP.

Michael also worked as an IT Support Specialist and Web Developer at Heart 'n Home Hospice & Palliative Care, LLC, where they designed advanced SQL queries, developed web applications using PHP and JavaScript, and managed a project to restructure the company's Active Directory hierarchy.

Michael began their career as a Technical Assistant at BYU-Idaho from May 2012 to July 2015.

Michael C. pursued their education by attending Brigham Young University - Idaho from 2009 to 2015, earning a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Technology. In addition to their formal degree, they obtained various certifications from Pegasystems, including Certified Pega Decisioning Consultant in March 2018, Certified Senior System Architect in September 2017, and Certified System Architect in January 2017.
