John Yip is an experienced Art Director and Concept Artist with a strong background in AAA games, mobile games, and VR. They founded JY Creative Inc. in 2012, where they lead product design and art direction for various apps and projects. Currently, John serves as the Art Director at SkyBox Labs after previously holding the position of Senior Concept Artist II there. Their notable earlier experience includes working as a Digital Artist for Electronic Arts on the Need For Speed franchise and leading art initiatives for multiple games, including Crashland Heroes. John studied at both the Vancouver Institute of Media Arts and Actimage, specializing in 3D and visual effects.
