Carol Ding has had a diverse range of work experiences throughout their career. Carol started in 2006 as a Customer Service Representative at IBM Australia, where they were responsible for co-ordinating activities between internal teams, vendors, and business partners for project delivery. Carol then moved on to roles such as Data Service Executive at GfK Retail and Technology Australia, Member Services Consultant at My Credit Union, and Customer Service Executive at Lenovo. In these roles, Carol gained experience in data service, member services, and customer service, respectively. From 2018 to 2020, Carol worked as a Customer Service and Logistics Specialist at Lumenis Australia, where they focused on customer service and logistics. In 2020, they joined Arrow ECS ANZ as an Inside Sales Representative, and later in the same year, they took on the role of APAC Operation Manager at SkyCell AG. Overall, Carol Ding has shown versatility and a strong background in customer service and operations management.
Carol Ding obtained a Master's Degree in Economics from The University of Auckland, from 2002 to 2005. Carol also holds additional certifications such as a Business Analytics Nanodegree from Udacity, obtained in May 2020, and a Diploma of Financial Services from RG146 Training Australia, obtained in March 2011.
