Richard Ettl

Richard Ettl is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and management. Currently serving as a Young Global Leader at the World Economic Forum since March 2023, Richard has also been the CEO and Co-Founder of SkyCell AG since October 2012, where SkyCell has established itself as the premier container solution provider for temperature-sensitive pharmaceutical products, gaining recognition from top pharmaceutical companies for its innovative approach that reduces costs and CO2 emissions. Previous roles include Group Supply Production & Logistics at Bobst SA from 2007 to 2010 and a management position at the IVE - Institute for Value-based Enterprise from 2005 to 2007. Richard's educational background includes a BA in Management Studies from Université de Fribourg - Universität Freiburg, an Executive Program in Negotiation & Leadership from Harvard University, and studies at Stanford University School of Engineering and Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
