SkyCool is a very high performing cool-roof coating that saves in commercial / industrial buildings by repelling excess solar heating before it enters the building.
Patented in Australia, USA & other countries, it provides a profound cooling effect that can halve the running costs of mechanical air-conditioning in buildings with metal roofs.
Cooler temperatures in the building results in better comfort for occupants.
Cooler temperatures means less air conditioning needed, resulting in energy cost reductions of up to 50%.
Cooler temperature in the building may eliminate the need for air conditioning saving CAPEX.
Extended life time of roof by some 20 years plus, avoiding large CAPEX investments as well as eliminating existing roof leaks.
Cooler roof temperature extends to cooler and more efficient electrical systems and plant with reduction on potential failures from overheating and reduced maintenance costs.
A cooler roof environment could also enhance Solar PV performance.

Cost avoidance by extending roof or equipment lifetime with improved comfort levels may by far exceed energy savings from reduced air-conditioning and electricity demand.
