Rich Eicher has held various roles in the tech industry since 1997. Rich began their career as a Web Developer for Desktop Solutions Software, Inc. in 1997. In 1999, they were a Web Developer for Zoomass.com, a college social network they developed while at Umass Amherst. In 2004, they founded Skycore, a business messaging platform for companies looking to communicate with their employees and customers. Rich founded codeREADr in 2008 and ID123 in 2017.
Rich Eicher attended the University of Massachusetts Amherst from 1999 to 2002, where they studied Biochemistry & Molecular Biology and Computer Science. Rich then attended Babson College from 2002 to 2004, where they studied Business and Entrepreneurship.
