Jeanne Indjayan

Jeanne Indjayan, MSW, currently serves as a Senior HRIS Analyst at Skydance since May 2021, following a role as HRIS Analyst. Prior experience includes serving as Development Database Associate at Didi Hirsch Mental Health Services, where Jeanne utilized data analytics to enhance donor relations and support a $20M capital campaign. As a Community Care Advocate at the Los Angeles Center for Law and Justice, Jeanne collaborated with leadership to develop culturally responsive programs. Earlier positions include Transitions and Education Research Intern at The Frostig Center, focusing on improving services for children with learning disabilities, and Assistant Residence Life Coordinator at University Housing Services, where Jeanne promoted a safe and inclusive learning environment. Jeanne holds a Master's degree in Social Welfare from UCLA Luskin School of Public Affairs and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology with an English minor from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
