Paul McGrath

Paul McGrath is a legal professional specializing in business and legal affairs in the film and television industry. Currently serving as Counsel at Skydance since January 2019, McGrath has contributed to multiple high-profile projects, including the Academy Award-winning film Top Gun: Maverick and several successful series like Grace and Frankie and Foundation. Prior to Skydance, McGrath worked in business and legal affairs at 20th Century Studios, involved with productions such as American Crime Story and Sons of Anarchy. McGrath holds a Juris Doctor degree from Thomas R. Kline School of Law of Duquesne University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Pittsburgh, graduating Magna Cum Laude.
