After many years of experience in large International Recruitment Agencies, Jenny started Skye Personnel – a recruitment company that can truly match the right candidate to the right job!! Our experience and expertise, enable us to source candidates, with the right qualifications and skills set and match them to positions in companies that we have taken the time to get to know and understand.

We, at Skye Personnel, through professional recruitment practices and the consistent striving for excellence, are committed to quality service with the aim of finding the perfect match for both clients and candidates.

We endeavor to improve and enhance the quality of life and business performance of all those we come into contact with and treat all people with equal dignity and respect.

At Skye, we combine tried and practiced recruitment methods with modern technology and understanding to ensure that all our clients and candidates are provided with the best possible service. We have many and varied means of sourcing, have a large network of both clients and candidates, have access to online databases, can provide verifications and checks on request, and ensure that all our candidates are properly screened and briefed.

We work with companies who are ethical, above board and are brilliant to work for. We know our clients well – which makes it easy to market them as employers of choice, and to sell them to our candidates. We ensure that we understand the job requirements, have speedy turnaround times, and make sure that clients are kept up to date with the progress of recruitment.

Our candidates are important to us – as each person we meet and work with has a great deal to offer. We ensure that our candidates are aware of the company and job specifications, we coach and advise them on how to perform better during the recruitment process and we provide them with constant and honest feedback during the process.
