Sofie Gentner

Sofie Gentner, SHRM-CP, is currently the Director of People at Unreal Snacks, where they build the People function and manage various aspects of the employee lifecycle. Previously, Sofie served as a Senior People & Talent Partner at Strava, where they led due diligence and business integration during the acquisition of FATMAP and spearheaded key people initiatives across multiple business units. Sofie’s career includes roles in talent acquisition at WHOOP and Hirewell, and they hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Connecticut and a Master of Arts in Social Work from the University of Chicago. In addition to their professional pursuits, Sofie is a founding member of Skye's Limitless Community.
