Most small and mid-sized businesses have already started using AI. The tools are there. The workflow isn't.

80% of SMBs have adopted AI tools, but only 30% are seeing real efficiency gains. One person using ChatGPT for emails isn't the same as AI changing how your business operates. And there's a good chance some of that use is happening without any oversight, which creates real risk.

That's the gap SkyeStaq closes.

We help SMBs stop dabbling with AI and start using it to get real work done, without hiring a tech team or figuring it out alone. Our philosophy is simple: AI assists, people lead.

What that looks like in practice: we find the highest-value use cases in your business, set up the tools, train your team, and stay involved to make sure it actually works. No six-month engagements. No jargon. No "deliverables" that collect dust.

Our AI Launchpad is the starting point: a fixed-fee engagement built around a single intensive day. We handle the setup, configure the tools, and train your team in one session, with pre-work and follow-up calls spread across 30 days to make sure everything sticks. Minimal time burden on your team, and most clients typically reclaim hours every week that were going to manual busywork.

From there, we offer strategic advisory, custom AI builds, governance frameworks, and ongoing enablement, whatever the business actually needs next.

We're based in the DC metro area with clients nationwide. If your team is already using AI but you're not sure it's the right AI, the right way, or with the right guardrails, that's exactly where we start.
