Manny Silva

Manny Silva's work experience includes being the Head of Documentation at Skyflow since April 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Technical Writer at Google from December 2017 to April 2022. From May 2011 to November 2017, they held the position of Technical Writer III/Production Specialist at FileMaker, Inc. Before that, they worked as a Peer Mentor/Tech Team Member at SJSU Peer Mentor Program from August 2008 to December 2011. Manny also gained experience as a Computers Specialist at Best Buy from October 2007 to August 2011. Additionally, they worked as a Technology Wiki Writer and Editor at San Jose State University from January 2011 to May 2011.

Manny Silva obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from San Jose State University in 2011. Manny studied English with a minor in Professional and Technical Writing, and concentrated in Creative Writing. In 2013, they enrolled in Minnesota State University, Mankato to pursue a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Technical Communication, which they completed in 2016.
