Sam Phelps

Sam Phelps is a Benefits Configuration Analyst III at SKYGEN since June 2023, with extensive experience in client relations and technical support gained during a decade-long tenure at MSI Data. At MSI Data, Sam held various positions, including Solutions Consultant, Technical Support Engineer, Customer Support Representative, and Business Development Specialist, emphasizing implementation projects, software support, and client communication across different channels. Prior to MSI Data, Sam served as a Conference Service Aid at the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee School of Continuing Education.
