Sunny Cho

Sunny Cho has over 17 years of work experience. In 2022, they began working as a Program Manager for SkyGrid. From 2015 to 2022, they were a Sr. Manager, Product Management at VIDBOX, where they improved existing products and developed strategies for new product development and roadmap. Sunny also defined new product requirements, benchmarked various AV capture and streaming hardware and software, and improved user experience by enhancing or simplifying the user interface. From 2005 to 2015, they were a Sr. Manager, Product Development at Honestech, Inc., where they managed the product development cycle for new and existing products. Sunny also improved existing products by analyzing the field returns and customer feedback, and tested various IP cameras, screen mirroring device & app solutions, and other electronics. Additionally, they were a Manager, Customer Service & Engineering, where they managed a technical support call center and provided engineering support to development team. Lastly, from 2005 to 2015, they were a Qualification Engineer at Samsung Semiconductor, where they were responsible for providing local OEM engineering support to Dell for the qualification process of optical drives.
