Emmanuel Dufour has over two decades of experience at Skyguide, where roles include HR Marketing, Employer Branding, and public relations, as well as responsibilities in operational management and aeronautical information management. Key achievements include managing the recruitment process for air traffic controller interns, coordinating numerous recruitment events in Romandy, and establishing the first career fair at Geneva Airport. Additionally, Dufour serves as a training expert for air traffic controllers and has recently taken on a teaching role at Ecole Internationale Tunon, focusing on international aviation safety and security regulations.
