Ivan Busic

Ivan Busic is a seasoned professional in the field of aviation safety and quality assurance, currently serving as a System Safety Expert at skyguide since December 2023. Prior to this role, Ivan held the position of Manager Operational Safety & Quality at SR Technics Group for a brief period in 2023 and worked at Lufthansa Systems from 2008 to 2023 in various roles, including Quality & Safety Assurance Manager and Quality Assurance Manager Data Production, where responsibilities included process assessment, audits, and fostering a safety culture. Ivan's expertise is enhanced by a Master’s degree in Air Traffic and Transport from the University of Zagreb and numerous certifications, including ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor and Lean Six Sigma at both Yellow and Green Belt levels. Earlier experiences include roles as a Flight Dispatcher and Supervisor at Belle Air and as a Flight Dispatcher at Air Adriatic, further solidifying comprehensive knowledge in operational processes and safety management.
