Stephan Meister

Stephan Meister has over 27 years of experience in communication, navigation, and surveillance services at skyguide, currently serving as the Head of Communication, Navigation and Surveillance Services, managing a team of 120 experts across multiple locations in Switzerland. Previous roles include Head of Communication Services, Head of Voice & Datalink Engineering, Project and Product Manager, and Head of Communication Operations, where responsibilities involved overseeing complex communication systems and participating in international collaboration efforts. Prior to skyguide, experience included working as a COM Maintenance Technician at Swisscontrol and a Junior Software Developer at ALP Electronics. Stephan holds several qualifications, including a Certificate in Advanced Assisting Individuals in Crisis from ICISF and Advanced Leadership Training from IMD, along with a strong educational background in telecommunications and electronics.
