Steve Tait

Steve Tait is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software development and engineering management across multiple sectors including technology intelligence, clinical trials, and cyber security. Currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at Snow Software since August 2022, Tait focuses on delivering innovative Technology Intelligence solutions. Prior roles include Vice President Engineering at CALYX, where leadership was provided to global teams developing clinical trial management systems, and Engineering Director at BAE Systems Applied Intelligence, specializing in nation-state cyber security solutions. Tait also held key positions at Capita, including Director of Software & Application Services, and Head of Engineering, where significant advancements in product development and team integration were achieved. An early career included roles at Cybit Ltd and Telematix, emphasizing project management and software development across diverse technologies. Tait holds an MSc in Geographical Information Systems and a BSc in Geography from the University of Leicester.
