Mark Boshar

Mark Boshar is a Venture Partner at RA Ventures, where they focus on launching and building transformative biotech companies. They have held various roles, including Chief Operating Officer at both Skyhook and Catamaran Bio, where they worked on cutting-edge cell therapies for cancer. Mark also served as Chief Patent Counsel at Repligen Corporation and Vice President of Legal Affairs at both Dynogen Pharmaceuticals and Rubius Therapeutics. With a strong legal background enhanced by their time at WilmerHale, Millennium Pharmaceuticals, and extensive consulting work in life sciences, Mark brings a wealth of experience to the biotech sector. They are currently pursuing a Juris Doctor degree at Northeastern University School of Law, alongside their ongoing educational endeavors.
