Awe is that deep, almost indescribable feeling when you realize you’re in the presence of something much bigger than yourself. It can stop you in your tracks. It can make your heart race or your chest tighten. Sometimes your skin tingles like your body knows before your mind does: This moment is different.

Maybe you’ve felt it watching your child come into the world.
Or standing at the edge of the ocean, huge waves thundering around you.
Or driving far from the city, stepping into silence, and looking up to see stars spilling across the sky.

Awe is humbling. It can make you feel small, yet deeply connected to everything that came before you… and everything still to come.
