Maxim Gots

Maxim Gots, P.Eng, PhD has extensive work experience in various engineering roles. Maxim started their career as a Designer at Mostobud in 1981 and then worked as a Research Associate at Kyiv National University of Construction and Architecture from 1983 to 1985. In 1987, they worked as an Offshore Geologist for JSC "Rosgeo", participating in an offshore expedition as part of a grant project for their Doctorate. From 1990 to 1991, Maxim worked as a Senior Design Engineer at Mostobud. Maxim then became the Director of Design Group at Kyiv National University of Construction and Architecture from 1988 to 1990. In 1991, they joined TEFEN Flow and Dosing Technologies Ltd. as a Shift Supervisor. From 1993 to 1998, they worked at Gadish Group Engineering & Management, first as a Project Engineer and then as a Project Manager. In 1998, they joined Pappi Lighting as an Engineer until 2001 when they moved to Trylon as a Senior Design Engineer. In 2002, they joined Skyjack Inc. as a Test and Compliance Engineer and gradually moved up to become an Engineering Manager in 2007. Finally, in 2018, they took on the role of Chief Compliance Engineer at Skyjack Inc.

Maxim Gots, P.Eng, PhD obtained a Bachelor of Science / Master of Science degree in Construction Machinery and Equipment from Kyiv National University of Construction and Architecture in 1983. Maxim then went on to earn a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the same university between 1985 and 1988.
