Michael Carroll

Michael Carroll is an experienced leader with a focus on production safety, quality, and lean methodology. Currently serving as General Supervisor at Skyjack Inc. since January 2019, Michael has a proven track record of achieving and exceeding key performance indicators. Prior roles include Sheeting and Print Manager at PaperWorks Industries, where Michael initiated a Printing apprentice program and significantly increased production rates, and Plant Manager at MAD Elevator Inc., achieving a notable ranking as one of Canada's fastest-growing companies. Additional experiences include Operations Manager at Bombardier, where Michael implemented standardized work and risk assessments, and Lean Manager at Siemens Energy, where Michael developed training programs for lean practices. Michael holds a Masters Certificate in Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt) from the Schulich School of Business at York University and a certificate in strategic planning from Schulich ExecEd.
