Leica Ison

Leica Ison is the founder and CEO of Skyjed, an AI-powered product lifecycle management platform that functions as mission control for product management. They have served as Deputy Chair and Non-Executive Director at The RegTech Association since 2021. They previously led product innovation at Telstra (Director Product Innovation, 1998-2008) and held General Manager Product Management at nbn Australia (2009-2013), as well as Chief of Health Solutions, Growth & Innovation and Chief Technology Officer at Hills Limited (2013-2015). They earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Systems Thinking Methodology from Western Sydney University, graduating with Merit. They also hold an MLLR in Law from the University of Sydney with Distinction, and have completed the Australian Institute of Company Directors' Company Directors Course and the Harvard Business School Executive Education program Leading Innovation & Organisation Renewal.
