Cat Chen

Cat Chen has extensive work experience spanning from 2004 to the present. In 2004, they worked as an Associate Consultant at Bain & Company. In 2008, they were a Project Manager, Planning & Procurement at Apple. From 2009 to 2012, they were a Senior Manager and then Manager of Sales Planning & Analysis at Activision. From 2012 to 2016, they were a Vice President of Operations, Senior Director of Operations, and Director of Strategic Planning at The Honest Company. In 2016, they founded and became the CEO of Skylar, a company that provides clean, hypoallergenic, and cruelty-free perfumes. Most recently, in 2022, they joined the Board of Directors at Step Up, a nonprofit that believes all girls and gender-expansive young adults should have the opportunity to pursue their dreams of success.

Cat Chen attended The Wharton School from 2006 to 2008, where they obtained an MBA in Marketing and Operations. Cat then attended Massachusetts Institute of Technology from 2000 to 2004, where they obtained a B.S. in Management Science.
