Kyle Bond

Kyle Bond is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in technology and product management. Currently serving as Engineering Practice Lead at Skylight since July 2024, Kyle previously held the position of Chief Technology Officer at Talli® from January 2022 to July 2024, where significant achievements included deploying over 100 releases, driving substantial increases in app installs and subscribers, and redesigning the platform on AWS. Kyle's earlier roles at Deloitte Consulting showcased a strong track record in software engineering management, including the implementation of an $18 million analytics platform and improvements in team velocity and app release cycles. With a foundational background as a software engineer at Booz Allen Hamilton and educational credentials from the Georgia Institute of Technology and the University of West Georgia, Kyle brings a strategic approach to technology initiatives and team development.
