Franklin Libenson

Franklin Libenson, MD MPH, currently serves as Chief Growth Officer at SkylineDx BV since April 2023, focusing on growth strategy and business development from the San Diego office. Previously, Franklin was Chief Commercial Officer at Agendia for over 12 years, where responsibilities included managing global marketing and sales, establishing a network of oncology Key Opinion Leaders, and leading initiatives to enter new markets. Franklin also held various leadership roles at Agendia, such as Senior Vice President of International Sales & NGS, where efforts were concentrated on expanding the MammaPrint assay in the APAC region. Additionally, Franklin co-founded Liamar Healthcare Inc. as Principal | Global Healthcare Business Strategist, advised on international expansion in molecular diagnostics, and served as Minister of Health for the Estado de México, significantly impacting public health initiatives. Educational credentials include a Master's in Public Health from Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health and a medical degree from Universidad Anáhuac.
