Rob Baker

Test Manager at Skylla Engineering

Rob Baker has a diverse work experience encompassing various roles in engineering and military operations. Rob started their career in 1998 at Marine Corps Operational Test and Evaluation Activity (MCOTEA) as an Operations Research Analyst and Operational Test Project Officer. In 2005, they joined USMC as an MSTP Staff member. Later in 2008, they became a C2 TECOE Operations Officer at the United States Marine Corps. In 2005, they also worked as a Principal Engineer at QinetiQ North America. Finally, in 2013, they joined Skylla Engineering as a Test Manager.

Rob Baker's education history begins in 1975, when they attended Sherburne-Earlville Senior High School and obtained a Regent's diploma. After completing high school, Rob attended the United States Naval Academy from 1987 to 1991, where they earned their Bachelor's degree in Computational Mathematics. Following their undergraduate studies, Rob pursued further education at the Naval Postgraduate School from 1996 to 1998. During this time, they obtained a Master of Science degree in Operations Research.
