Sergio Robles has worked in the aviation industry since 2014. Sergio began their career at Del Sol Aviation, LLC as an Aircraft Maintenance Technician, where they performed wide-ranging maintenance on a variety of single and twin reciprocating engine aircraft, including 50-hour, 100-hour, and annual inspections, as well as major and minor repairs to airframe, and overhauled aircraft powerplants. From 2014 to 2017, they worked at AIR ONE SYSTEMS, LLC. as an Avionics Technician, where they assisted in full avionic panel overhauls/ Retrofits and completed routing and terminations, avionics structure installations, and installations of COMM, GPS, and ELT antennas. In 2017, they worked at BOMBARDIER as an Avionics Technician, where they performed C-Checks on CRJ 200's, ensured compliance with service bulletins, and completed wiring inspections and component installs. From 2018 to 2021, they worked at Pilatus Business Aircraft Ltd. as a Quality Assurance Inspector and Avionics Technician, where they performed inspections on PC-12 and PC-24s, quarterly audits on procedures, and FAI inspections for new STC mods, as well as completed harness fabrications and terminations IAW wiring diagrams and installed Wi-Fi mods (L3, L5, ATG), Sandel, Tacan, USB connections, battery kill switches, E-connect, and XM systems. Currently, they are employed at Paravion Technology Inc. as a Quality Manager, where they are responsible for the repair station’s compliance with all applicable Federal Aviation Regulations, performing quarterly audits on company procedures and FAI inspections for new STC mods, assisting, supervising, and directing all personnel assigned to the inspection department, developing and controlling Repair Station policy and procedures, and overseeing and directly responsible for enacting quality standards of Paravion. Sergio will soon be employed at Skyloom Global as a Quality Engineer.

Sergio Robles has an extensive educational background in aeronautics, aviation, and aerospace science and technology. Sergio began their studies in 2013 at Central New Mexico Community College, where they obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences - AAS in aeronautics/aviation/aerospace science and technology, general in 2015. Sergio then went on to Eastern New Mexico University, where they earned a Bachelor of Applied Arts and Sciences in aeronautics, aviation, aerospace science and technology in 2020. In addition to their formal education, Robles also holds several certifications, including Certified Repair Station Training from the Aircraft Electronics Association (2020), PC-12 Maintenance Training from Pilatus Business Aircraft Ltd (2019), and an Airframe, Power Plant, Or Repairer License from the Federal Aviation Administration (2015). Robles is currently enrolled in a Master's degree program in Project Management at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, which they are expected to complete in 2024.
