Antonio Correas

Antonio Correas has extensive work experience in the field of aviation and communications. Antonio is currently the Co-founder and Chief Product Officer at Skymantics, a role they have held since October 2022. Prior to this, they co-founded Skymantics and worked as a Mobility and Aviation Consultant.

Before joining Skymantics, Antonio worked at Airtel ATN as a Consultant, where they provided technical sales and product management support in the North American market for Air Traffic Control providers. Antonio also worked at EUROCONTROL as a Consultant, where they focused on standardization support for airport surface data link communication systems.

Earlier in their career, Antonio worked at Indra as a Systems Engineer, where they played a crucial role in the SESAR Airport Surface Data Link project, aiming to improve air transport efficiency and reduce emissions. Antonio also gained experience in protocol design and simulation in Next-generation professional mobile communication networks for security and defense applications.

Antonio began their career as a Researcher at Universidad de Zaragoza and completed internships at EADS Secure Networks and Telefónica R&D.

Antonio Correas completed their education with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Aviation from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University Worldwide in 2013. Prior to that, they pursued an Engineering degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Universidad de Zaragoza from 2001 to 2007. During their time at Universidad de Zaragoza, Antonio also attended KTH Royal Institute of Technology for a year, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Wireless Networks from 2004 to 2005.
